I say yes. The spa can provide much needed parking for the village and is going to pay a huge amount taxes taking some pressure of the local home owners. Not to mention the people who are going to use the spa putting there money into the local economy.

One govt. makes sense!
Could it ever happen, I doubt
it unless there was a overwelming
out cry.To many with cushy jobs would
have to be uprooted.
